About The Role
Note: This is a part-time (3 days/week), 12-month maternity cover contract. Ideal start date Monday 30th June 2025.
Ticket Tailor has enjoyed strong and consistent growth over its 14 year existence. A blend of organic word-of-mouth growth, strong SEO performance and tactical paid spend has allowed us to become an industry-leading ticketing platform – acquiring thousands of new box offices every month.
We’re fundamentally a Product Led Growth business that benefits from a feature-rich platform, exceptional customer support and unbeatable prices. Over the last few years we have heavily invested in our brand positioning to build a strong identity as the world’s most-loved ticketing platform – and we’re reaping the rewards of that with over 5x growth in the last 5 years.
We’re excited to bring on a Growth Marketer to spearhead our growth over the next year. We’re looking for someone to join us on a 3 day per week, 12 month fixed term contract, to support the maternity leave cover of our Head of Marketing. The role will be primarily focused on driving our core paid and organic acquisition channels, to grow the number of event organisers on the platform.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact with our agencies and contractors who help run our acquisition channels, and you’ll have ownership of top line awareness, through to sign-up conversion.
You’ll report into, and work closely with, our Managing Director to monitor and optimise overall performance and budgets to support Ticket Tailor’s overall growth goals. You’ll be supported by a stellar internal team, as well as a blend of agencies and contractors to help with execution.

What you’ll be doing in the role
🎯 Own and deliver on our acquisition channel strategy.
👁️ Maintain overall visibility of our acquisition channels, optimising performance and spend to support our growth targets.
🎬 Work with our video agency to develop a content strategy for paid and organic channels – ensuring creativity, quantity and consistency.
💸 Have oversight of our paid search and social spend – helping optimise and drive cross-functional improvements.
🗺️ Partner with our SEO agency to roll out technical and content improvements.
📍Track, report and provide insights on overall website and acquisition performance.
🤝 Work cross-functionally across the company to push projects forward and provide visibility on priorities.
This role will suit you if…
🦹 You have experience of operating at Senior or Head Of levels at fast-moving and scaling businesses.
🔭 You are a strategic operator – able to balance brand and strategy level vision, with on the ground execution.
🗂️ You are process driven and an expert at prioritising work.
📈 You have a strong background in paid media – with a proven ability to drive analysis, optimisations and to prioritise based on impact.
🧩 You understand the core principles and trends of SEO and would dive into technical and content discussions with ease.
👾 You have experience with some or all of the following tools: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Prismic CMS, Asana, Looker Studio (SQL skills an added bonus, if you can build your own reports)
🚀 You understand the dynamics and common strategies of PLG (Product Led Growth) B2B businesses
📊 You are analytically strong and enjoy using data to develop unique and actionable insights
⚖️ You’re excited about scaling businesses in a profitable and sustainable way, balancing ROI, as opposed to growth at all costs
🛠️ You take ownership of your work, from strategy to execution, with a focus on impact over effort

The Process

Compensation
