Junior Product Manager
About Us
Ticket Tailor is committed to empowering a diverse range of event creators through simple and affordable ticketing. But that’s not all – we’re also on a mission to make sure that every single ticket sold has a positive impact on all stakeholders – our team, our planet and the communities we operate in. We call this "Growth on Purpose" and are proud to be a certified B Corp, officially putting business for good at the center of everything we do.
Last year, over 10 million orders were placed through the Ticket Tailor platform, for all types of events from art installations to water parks. We have a world-class NPS score, and pride ourselves in building a simple platform built with a customer-first mindset.
We're a fully independent, profitable, and bootstrapped company meaning we don’t have to answer to anyone except ourselves and our customers, allowing us to scale the company sustainably and with soul.
We’re a hybrid team, working from our Hackney office twice a week.
About The Role
We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our small but mighty product team. You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we’re kicking off a new strategy, working in defined business units with super-clear and actionable objectives.
Working alongside the Senior Product Manager, you’ll contribute to goal-setting and roadmap planning, helping to shape the future of what we offer our High Value customers.
Collaborating with your wider business unit, you’ll tap into our rich customer insights, conduct user research, and use data to inform strategic decisions. Testing and validating ideas will be second nature, ensuring only the best solutions reach our users. In this role, you'll work closely with your squad to keep momentum high – removing roadblocks, running check-ins and retrospectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
From shaping ideas to launch, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivery planning – working with developers to craft thoughtful, high-quality solutions. With strong product design instincts, you’ll create wireframes and mockups that align with our design system and incorporate feedback from our product and design teams – and customers.
You’ll own the quality of what your team ships – defining success metrics, coordinating feature rollouts, and ensuring our products drive real value. By focusing on adoption and impact, you’ll help delight High Value customers, increasing retention and box office usage.
If you’re excited about building impactful products, making data-driven decisions, and collaborating with a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you!
